Our module D062x including PowerBooster is a complete color display solution with minimal size. It includes ATMega 128 micro controller, 1.5" color TFT display at a minimal size, RS232 interface, I2C
This module includes our PowerBooster which creates the needed higher voltage automatically. This is the reason you can run this display from 4.5 Volts up to 20 Volts. Get this memory monster with 128 KByte of program space, 4 KByte RAM and 4 Kbyte Eeprom!
Optional available with ATMega2561 (then 256KByte program space and 8 KByte RAM) or AT90CAN128: makes the module CAN-bus ready. All ports are available in a 2,54mm space (0,1") so you may use standard connectors. ISP port is also included.
The board runs on 8 MHz, you can expand this to 16 MHz by just soldering a crystal to the prepared board. The ATMega128 microcontroller is a often used standard controller and offers you:
